Mind you, this was in November of 2021 & we were without heat, using electric heaters(which was not idea, especially after having an electrical house fire!) Travis & John knew I was stressing over not having heat before the holidays & they worked so hard & professional to assure me of a happy Thanksgiving, they had EVERYTHING done in just a couple of days & before Thanksgiving! Their hard work, professionalism, honesty, kindness & respect... made me realize that they took pride in what they do & the services they provide to the public! I highly recommend HIGH PERFORMANCE HEATING & AIR services to anyone in need of these services! After being so pleased with their services & having fresh clean heat, I hired Travis to do a few other repairs in our home & although it was not HVAC related, Travis knew our needs & took on the repairs! It has been amazing! As soon as we switched it to heat we starting popping fuses on the furnace and the thermostat kept cycling off. We had two different HVAC companies come out and look at the system and they could not figure it out. We went 2 days without heat because we couldn’t find anyone to fix it. We also called 5 or 6 more companies that said right up front they couldn’t help us if we had an Ecobee. Travis responded very quickly to my call and assured me that they could fix my problem. Travis and John showed up on time and within a very short time they had found and fixed the problem. These guys are on time, responsible and know their stuff! The bill was reasonable and it has been a couple of weeks and everything is working great! We will definitely be calling Travis and John back if we have HVAC issues!
